Phoenix Flower Shops is looking for the Valley’s best dressed pet for Halloween.

Upload your photo and tell us about your pet and his/her costume! Then start self-promoting! Use the provided link to show your photo to friends and families. Don’t forget to promote your entry to your friends on Facebook, Twitter, and social media websites.
