Speaking of classic, the Easter Lily Plant springs right to mind when we think of traditional Easter florals. With its sleek, white, trumpeted base and glossy white and yellow petals, this lily is the essence of purity. Not to mention the tower of green leaves that lead to the flowers themselves, making a striking base. The Easter lily arrived on our shores in the 19th century after a long journey from Japan, with detours in England and Bermuda, where it was dubbed the “Bermuda Lily.” That changed when it debuted in the U.S. and became associated with Easter, owing to how many times it is mentioned in the Bible.
