You may use the "Special Instructions" box located on the order form to request a particular time of day for your delivery. We will do our best to honor your request, however, we cannot guarantee the time request without confirmation from our customer service department. Delivery times outside our delivery area cannot be guaranteed as we do not know the delivery schedules of the delivering florists in other cities.

All information is held in strictest confidence. We do not trade, rent, or sell this information to outside companies. We only use this information to personalize your shopping experience, as well as notifying you about special offers, services and enhancements. Any suspicious or fraudulent use of credit cards will be forwarded to authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 

We may be required by law to provide personal information to law enforcement, a government agency or in response to a search warrant, subpoena or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body or civil litigant including emergency situations. We may also disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with relevant laws, for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, to prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity, to prevent death or imminent bodily harm, or to protect or defend the rights, property or safety of our users, others and ourselves.

Sunday delivery in the greater Phoenix area is available each week with the except of select holidays that may fall on Sunday. These dates will be blocked on our delivery day selection calendar during the ordering process. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on Sundays outside our delivery area as it is not a standard delivery day for most florists. 

For Residential Deliveries: The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or apartment manager and will typically attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf; or if the area is secure, to leave the arrangement at the door. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. During the holiday periods, deliveries may be made as late as 8:00 PM local time.

For Business Deliveries: If the business is closed or not accepting deliveries for the individual to whom the gift is addressed, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Deliveries to business addresses are typically completed before the end of the business day at 5:00 PM local time.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery and in some cases, we may call the recipient to schedule delivery.
