Most of our arrangements are available in three sizes. The “Good” is the starting price point for that arrangement. You can upgrade your arrangement by selecting either “Better” or “Best”. By upgrading your arrangement, we will add more flowers making the arrangement larger or fuller. 

We try our best to create an arrangement that resembles the picture as closely as possible. However, exact varieties/colors of flowers may not be available at all times. We always use the freshest flowers available and keep the same look/feel of the arrangement selected using the most suitable substitutions.

Yes, however, only mylar balloons. Latex balloons are not allowed in hospitals due to latex allergies. We offer mylar balloons as add on items to most products. Additionally, we also offer candy and stuffed animals as add on items.

For hospital deliveries, please make sure to include the full name of the recipient, hospital and room number or ward (if possible). Your arrangement will be delivered to the hospitals assigned flower delivery desk per hospital policy and will be taken to the patient's room by a hospital volunteer. As a service we check with the hospital to verify room number. If the patient has been discharged we will contact you to arrange for delivery to their home address.

Tax is additional. Products are all taxed. Service/delivery is not taxed. If you are tax-exempt please contact us directly at 480-289-4000 to receive instructions on providing your tax exempt forms. Once we have the necessary forms on file we are able to make your online account tax-exempt for future ordering.
