A Note from Phoenix Flower Shops
To our valued clients and friends,
Given the recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, the Phoenix Flower Shops family wants to assure you that we are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees and community.
We are closely monitoring the situation and are adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. At each of our locations, we are regularly sanitizing all work stations, shared spaces, and products. Additionally, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers, but we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains the top priority.
As an additional precaution, we have implemented no-contact deliveries. Our delivery drivers will contact recipients upon arrival and coordinate acceptance so we are not touching their doors or doorbells nor will we be requiring a signature of acceptance. This is in an effort to keep our customers and our staff safe and to further respect social distancing practices.
Our top priority is to keep the community safe, and we will continue to assess and address the situation as it evolves. We thank you for your business and look forward to continuing to serve our community.
Ken Young, CEO and Donald Scheinbein, President and the entire Team at Phoenix Flower Shops
Have hours of business changed?
Our retail stores are currently not open to walk-in customers. We are still taking orders over the phone and online for delivery.
Can I still have flowers delivered?
Yes, we are still taking orders for local delivery. Some hospitals and Care Centers have restricted deliveries, we will contact you as soon as possible if we encounter any delivery issues.
Can I order flowers to be delivered in another state?
As of now we are still taking orders and have not had any problems finding florists to deliver, however this is changing on a daily basis. If we encounter a problem, we will contact you as quickly as possible to discuss options.
What is No-Contact delivery?
No-Contact delivery means that our delivery personnel will not have direct physical contact with the recipient. Our driver will call the recipient when they arrive at the address and coordinate the drop off. If the recipient is not home, we will leave a note and a voicemail letting them know that we were there and instructions to please call us to reschedule the delivery.
