You can check your Reward Points in your Account.

You can redeem your Petal Points Reward points at checkout. You must have at least 250 points in your account to redeem them towards an order.

Redeeming Petal Reward Points

You may apply your Reward Points in accordance with the then current redemption levels as a credit at checkout when making an online purchase.

Rules and Regulations

• Reward Points are only earned through an online purchase on our website.
• Reward Points earned or redeemed do not apply to sales tax, service charges, or delivery charges.
• Reward Points may only be redeemed for on-line purchases and have no cash value.
• Reward Points may be redeemed at the current levels listed on our website.
• Reward Points are not earned on orders where Reward Points have been redeemed.
• Some items and/or orders are excluded from earning points.
• Reward Points are only available to registered online members that are logged into their account when an order is placed.
• Reward Points can only be earned and redeemed by the e-mail address on the customer account.
• Reward Points are non-transferable.
• Reward Points are accumulated on current purchases only and cannot be awarded on any prior purchases.
• Members must be 18 years or older to earn Reward Points.
• Unused points expire eighteen (18) months from the date earned.
• We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
• Accounts without any activity for eighteen (18) months may be cancelled without notice.
• Accounts with any suspicious activity as determined at our sole discretion will be inactivated and all accumulated points immediately forfeited.
